We answer editorial mail within two working days. If you’ve found a factual error in a review, please include the review URL and a brief description β we take corrections seriously and update visibly.

Reader questions
We can’t recommend a specific product over email β every recommendation we make is published as a tier review so all readers benefit. But we do read product suggestions and add them to our testing queue when they fit.
We can:
- Confirm a published review’s score or tier.
- Provide additional context on a category we cover.
- Point you to the right review or buyer’s guide.
We can’t:
- Diagnose problems with a product you bought.
- Provide personalised purchase recommendations.
- Mediate disputes with retailers.
